Arlington Eagles (Arlington, NE) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE), 38-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Arlington advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bergan Catholic (Fremont, NE) to confront the Knights in a C2 District 2 match on Friday, October 24. The Knights come into the match with a record of 7-1. Bergan Catholic won 50-8 in their recent league match against North Bend Central (North Bend, NE)

Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE) in a C2 District 2 match, on Friday, October 24. Tekamah-Herman will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Monarchs go into the battle with a 0-8 record after their 46-7 league loss to Yutan (Yutan, NE).
