Ashland Arrows (Ashland, OH) boosters were happy Friday as they witnessed their football squad smash the visiting Wooster Generals (Wooster, OH), 52-7 in a league match.
The Arrows (9-0) will now prepare for their match against Lexington (Lexington, OH). The Minutemen enter the Ohio Cardinal match with a 8-1 record. In their last match, Lexington routed Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH), 49-17, in a league battle.
The Generals now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Louisville for a non-league battle on Friday, October 24. Wooster will play a Leopards team coming off a 35-24 non-league loss to La Salle (Cincinnati, OH). The Leopards record now stands at 5-4.
