Maine High School Football - Winnacunnet sneaks past Bangor

The Winnacunnet Warriors football squad scored 14 points and limited the host Bangor Rams to 7 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now have a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salem for a non-league game on Friday, October 24. Winnacunnet will face a Blue Devils team coming off a 35-21 league win over Londonderry (Londonderry, NH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Bangor drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Edward Little (Auburn, ME) to clash with the Red Eddies in a A North outing on Friday, October 24. The Red Eddies come into the outing with a record of 1-6. Edward Little lost 15-6 in their recent league outing against Windham (Windham, ME)
