Mississippi High School Football - Tupelo Christian Prep trounced by Biggersville

October 17, 2025: Belden, MS 38826

Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad smash the host Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS), 38-0 in a league match.

The Lions (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Smithville (Smithville, MS). The Seminoles come into the 1A Region 1 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Smithville routed Thrasher (Booneville, MS), 43-0, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Thrasher Rebels (Booneville, MS) in a 1A Region 1 match, on Thursday, October 23. Tupelo Christian Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Rebels go into the battle with a 0-8 record after their 43-0 league loss to Smithville (Smithville, MS).
