The Bishop McDevitt Crusaders football squad scored 49 points and limited the host Central Dauphin East Panthers to 7 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host State College for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth test on Friday, October 24. Bishop McDevitt will meet a Little Lions squad coming off a 58-8 league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, PA). The Little Lions record now stands at 8-1.

With the defeat, Central Dauphin East drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, PA) to face the Cougars in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth challenge on Saturday, October 25. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 9-0. Harrisburg won 27-0 in their recent league challenge against Central Dauphin (Harrisburg, PA)
