California High School Football - Desert loses to Boron

October 17, 2025: Edwards AFB, CA 93523

The Desert Scorpions football team (Edwards AFB, CA), dropped 44-13 in Friday's league bout with the visiting Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA)

The Bobcats (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rosamond (Rosamond, CA). The Roadrunners enter the High Desert contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Rosamond thwarted Kern Valley (Lake Isabella, CA), 30-21, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Scorpions confront the Bishop Union Broncos (Bishop, CA) in a High Desert contest, on Friday, October 24. Desert will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Broncos enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 43-0 league win over California City (California City, CA).
