The Bossier Bearkats football team (Bossier City, LA), was crushed 48-14 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Northwood Falcons (Shreveport, LA)

The Falcons (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Cowboys enter the 4A District 1 contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Southwood was crushed by North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA), 56-0, in a league bout.

The Bearkats now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Minden for a 4A District 1 bout on Friday, October 24. Bossier will encounter a Crimson Tide team coming off a 55-30 league win over Booker T. Washington-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 3-4.
