Jim Ned Indians (Tuscola, TX) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX), 49-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Jim Ned advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Indians host San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a 3A-1 Region I District 3 battle on Friday, October 24. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 0-6. San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy lost 69-0 in their recent league match against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX)

Coming up next, the Buckaroos confront the Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX) in a 2A-2 Region III District 10 match, on Friday, October 24. Breckenridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 55-14 non-league loss to Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TX).
