The Imani Christian Academy Saints football squad scored 53 points and limited the visiting Burrell Bucs to 7 in the Saints league triumph on Friday.
The Saints now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Freeport for a WPIAL AAA Allegheny 7 outing on Friday, October 24. Imani Christian Academy will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 49-19 league win over East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-2.
The Bucs (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA). The Lancers enter the WPIAL AAA Allegheny 7 game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Deer Lakes overwhelmed Valley (New Kensington, PA), 29-14, in a league game.
