Arizona High School Football - Canyon del Oro trounced by Desert View

Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ), 41-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Desert View advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Cienega (Vail, AZ) to confront the Bobcats in a 5A Southern match on Friday, October 24. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 5-3. Cienega won 28-20 in their recent league match against Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ)

Coming up next, the Dorados confront the Buena Colts (Sierra Vista, AZ) in a 5A Sonoran match, on Friday, October 24. Canyon del Oro will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Colts enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 49-33 league win over Casa Grande (Casa Grande, AZ).
