The Central Falcons football team (Capitol Heights, MD), was crushed 62-28 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Largo Lions (Upper Marlboro, MD)

The Lions (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets enter the non-league match with a 0-6 record. In their last match, Surrattsville was routed by Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD), 20-2, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Falcons confront the Crossland Cavaliers (Temple Hills, MD) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 25. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Cavaliers go into the battle with a 3-4 record after their 21-3 league loss to Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD).
