The Centralia Panthers football squad scored 16 points and limited the host Troy Trojans to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] Cyclones (Wathena, KS) in a Northeast Kansas game, on Friday, October 24. Centralia will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Cyclones enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 37-0 non-league win over Doniphan West (Highland, KS).
