Ohio High School Football - Chagrin Falls sneaks past Rootstown

The Chagrin Falls Tigers football squad scored 31 points and limited the host Rootstown Rovers to 24 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Berkshire for a Chagrin Valley - Valley test on Friday, October 24. Chagrin Falls will meet a Badgers squad coming off a 33-21 league win over Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH). The Badgers record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Rootstown drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Rovers host Kirtland (Kirtland, OH) to meet the Hornets in a Chagrin Valley - Valley challenge on Friday, October 24. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 9-0. Kirtland won 40-0 in their recent league challenge against Crestwood (Mantua, OH)
