    • Michigan High School Football - Chippewa Valley tops L'Anse Creuse

    October 17, 2025: Clinton Township, MI 48038

    The Chippewa Valley Big Reds football team scored 42 points and restricted the visiting L'Anse Creuse Lancers to 14 in the Big Reds non-league win on Friday.

    In their next game, the Big Reds face the Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors (Southfield, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 24. Chippewa Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 36-0 non-league win over Pontiac (Pontiac, MI).

    The Lancers (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Port Huron (Port Huron, MI). The Red Hawks go into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Port Huron toppled Lamphere (Madison Heights, MI), 20-14, in a non-league challenge.
