The Pella Dutch football squad scored 44 points and limited the visiting Clear Creek-Amana Clippers to 7 in the Dutch league triumph on Friday.
The Dutch now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grinnell for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 24. Pella will face a Tigers team coming off a 35-7 non-league loss to Newton (Newton, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
The Clippers (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA). The Indians enter the 4A District 4 challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Oskaloosa was ripped by Marion (Marion, IA), 21-13, in a league challenge.
