Ohio High School Football - Edison nudges Vermilion

October 17, 2025: Vermilion, OH 44089

In Friday's league match, the visiting Edison Chargers football squad scored a close 27-24 victory over the Vermilion Sailors.

The Chargers (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Huron (Huron, OH). The Tigers go into the Sandusky Bay - Bay battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Huron was tipped by Perkins (Sandusky, OH), 41-6, in a non-league battle.

The Sailors now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bellevue for a Sandusky Bay - Bay battle on Friday, October 24. Vermilion will play a Redmen team coming off a 12-3 league win over Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH). The Redmen record now stands at 6-3.
