Ohio High School Football - Perry defeated by Elgin

In Friday's league game, the Elgin Comets (Marion, OH) football team were victorious over the visiting Perry Commodores (Lima, OH), by a score of 28-6.

The Comets now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hardin Northern for a Northwest Central outing on Friday, October 24. Elgin will clash with a Polar Bears squad coming off a 46-6 league loss to Upper Scioto Valley (McGuffey, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 1-8.

The Commodores (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Ridgedale (Morral, OH). The Rockets enter the Northwest Central game with a 5-4 record. In their last game, Ridgedale notched a victory over Waynesfield-Goshen (Waynesfield, OH), 17-0, in a league game.
