Hilton Head Prep Dolphins (Hilton Head Island, SC) boosters left the game content Friday as they observed their football squad nudge the visiting St. John's Christian Academy Cavaliers (Moncks Corner, SC), 17-14 in a league test.
The Dolphins now hold a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dillon Christian for a SCISA 2A Region I test on Tuesday, October 21. Hilton Head Prep will meet a Warriors team coming off a 40-6 league loss to Bethesda Academy (Savannah, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-5.
The Cavaliers (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Lee Academy (Bishopville, SC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Lee Academy was nipped by Pee Dee Academy (Mullins, SC), 62-36, in a non-league outing.
