The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH) and the host John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH), witnessed Philo's football squad topple John Glenn by a count of 31-13.
The Electrics (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Morgan (McConnelsville, OH). The Raiders go into the Muskingum Valley - Big battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Morgan overcame River View (Warsaw, OH), 47-0, in a league battle.
The Little Muskies now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Valley for a Muskingum Valley - Big battle on Friday, October 24. John Glenn will confront a Scotties squad coming off a 35-29 league win over Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Scotties record now stands at 7-2.
