    The Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI) football trounced the host Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI), 46-0 in Friday's league outing.

    The Knights now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Holly for a non-league outing on Friday, October 24. Walled Lake Northern will clash with a Bronchos squad coming off a 41-14 non-league win over Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Bronchos record now stands at 5-3.

    The Captains (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Mott (Waterford, MI). The Corsairs enter the Lakes Valley game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Mott was trounced by Lakeland (White Lake, MI), 23-21, in a league game.
