The Knappa Loggers football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Nestucca Bobcats to 6 in the Loggers league triumph on Friday.
The Loggers now sport a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clatskanie for a 2A Special District 1 (9 Man) test on Thursday, October 23. Knappa will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 55-26 league win over Neah-Kah-Nie (Rockaway Beach, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 7-0.
With the defeat, Nestucca drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Gaston (Gaston, OR) to clash with the Greyhounds in a 2A Special District 1 (9 Man) outing on Friday, October 24. The Greyhounds come into the outing with a record of 4-3. Gaston won 62-22 in their recent league outing against Rainier (Rainier, OR)
