The Longhorns now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Mexico School for the Deaf for a 6-Man District 1 (6 Man) test on Thursday, October 23. Logan will meet a Roadrunners squad coming off a 60-19 league win over Dora (Dora, NM). The Roadrunners record now stands at 3-3.

With the defeat, Roy/Mosquero drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Blue/lady blue travel to Mountainair (Mountainair, NM) to face the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, October 24. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Mountainair lost 44-38 in their recent league challenge against Animas (Animas, NM)
