    • Pennsylvania High School Football - West Branch overwhelmed by Moshannon Valley

    In Friday's league bout, the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) football squad bounced the visiting West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA), by a tally of 55-6.

    The Black Knights/Damsels (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Berlin Brothersvalley crushed North Star (Boswell, PA), 14-9, in a league contest.

    Coming up next, the Warriors battle the North Star Cougars (Boswell, PA) in a Inter-County - South contest, on Friday, October 24. West Branch will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 14-9 league loss to Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA).
