In Friday's league match, the visiting Rainier Beach Vikings football squad scored a decisive 42-0 triumph over the Roosevelt Roughriders.
The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, WA). The Crusaders go into the 3A Metro - Mountain challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Eastside Catholic bounced Seattle Prep (Seattle, WA), 41-9, in a league challenge.
The Roughriders (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against O'Dea (Seattle, WA). The Fighting Irish go into the 3A Metro - Mountain challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last test, O'Dea triumphed over Ballard (Seattle, WA), 48-0, in a league test.
