The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans (Austin, TX) and the host St. Francis Episcopal Wolves (Houston, TX), witnessed St. Stephen's Episcopal's football squad wallop St. Francis Episcopal by a count of 53-20.

The Spartans (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against CTSA Outlaws (China Spring, TX). The Outlaws enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, CTSA Outlaws smashed DasCHE (Cedar Hill, TX), 46-38, in a league bout.

The Wolves now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. John XXIII for a non-league bout on Friday, October 24. St. Francis Episcopal will confront a Lions squad coming off a 55-12 non-league loss to St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Lions record now stands at 0-8.
