Missouri High School Football - St. Pius X loses to St. Pius X

St. Pius X Warriors (Kansas City, MO) boosters were happy Friday as they witnessed their football squad topple the host St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO), 48-20 in a non-league match.

The Warriors (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Savannah (Savannah, MO). The Savages enter the Midland Empire match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Savannah thwarted Maryville (Maryville, MO), 42-6, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Lancers confront the Valle Catholic Warriors (Ste. Genevieve, MO) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 24. St. Pius X will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 8-0 record after their 56-6 non-league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, MO).
