The Bellarmine College Prep Bells football team (San Jose, CA), was topped 24-14 in Friday's league bout with the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA)

With the win, St. Ignatius College Preparatory advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Saint Francis (Mountain View, CA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league contest on Friday, October 24. The Lancers enter the contest with a record of 7-1. Saint Francis won 24-17 in their recent league contest against Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA)

Coming up next, the Bells confront the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders (San Francisco, CA) in a contest, on Friday, October 24. Bellarmine College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
