With the triumph, Fruita Monument moves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Durango (Durango, CO) to confront the Demons in a 5A/4A Southwestern outing on Saturday, October 18. The Demons go into the outing with a record of 7-5. Durango lost 4-0 in their recent league outing against Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO)

Next up, the Pirates confront the Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO) in a 3A Intermountain outing, on Tuesday, October 21. Pagosa Springs will attempt to improve on its 10-2 season record. The Wolverines go into the outing with a 6-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO).
