Next up, the Yellow Jackets face the Christ Episcopal School Wildcats (Covington, LA) in a non-league game, on Friday, October 17. Byrd will attempt to advance on its 27-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 11-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA).

The Warriors (10-24) will now prepare for their game against Landry (New Orleans, LA). The Buccaneers go into the non-league game with a 12-8 record.
