The Gates County Red Barons prevailed the visiting Franklin Academy Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Red Barons confront the Roxboro Community Bulldogs (Roxboro, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 21. Gates County will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 19-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC).
With the loss, Franklin Academy drops to 6-16 on the campaign.
