In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mandeville Skippers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Northwood Falcons.
The Skippers (14-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA). The come into the non-league challenge with a 21-2 record. In their last challenge, Haynes Academy beat Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
The Falcons (13-13) will now prepare for their game against Sulphur (Sulphur, LA). The Golden Tors go into the non-league outing with a 12-20 record. In their last game, Sulphur gained a win over Acadiana (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a league game.
