The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Bison Cardinals (Bison, SD) and the host Tiospaye Topa Thunderhawks (Ridgeview, SD), saw Bison's volleyball squad beat Tiospaye Topa by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Bison upgrades its record to 11-15 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Harding County (Buffalo, SD) to play the Ranchers in a B Region 8 bout on Monday, October 24. The Ranchers go into the bout with a record of 6-22. Harding County lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Hulett (Hulett, WY)
The Thunderhawks now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Wakpala for a B Region 8 bout on Wednesday, October 19. Tiospaye Topa will play a Sioux squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to McIntosh (McIntosh, SD). The Sioux record now stands at 5-11.
