Virginia High School Volleyball - Virginia Episcopal School over Miller School of Albemarle

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) and the visiting Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA), saw Virginia Episcopal School's volleyball squad beat Miller School of Albemarle by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Virginia Episcopal School upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Bishops host Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA) to play the Kavaliers in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 20. The Kavaliers go into the bout with a record of 18-5. Kenston Forest won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA)

The Mavericks now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to New Covenant for a VISAA Blue Ridge bout on Friday, October 21. Miller School of Albemarle will play a Gryphons squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Carlisle (Axton, VA). The Gryphons record now stands at 14-4.
