In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Northfield Mount Hermon Hoggers soccer squad scored a close 4-2 triumph over the Kimball Union Academy Wildcats.
The Hoggers (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Phillips Academy (Andover, MA). The Big Blue come into the NEPSAC Freelance battle with a 10-1 record. In their last bout, Phillips Academy tipped High Mowing (Wilton, NH), 2-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Tilton School Rams (Tilton, NH) in a Lakes Region bout, on Friday, October 20. Kimball Union Academy will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Rams enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 2-2 non-league Hebron Academy (Hebron, ME).
