Heritage Patriots (Conyers, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Miller Grove Wolverines (Lithonia, GA), 20-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots now own a 13-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Forsyth for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 19. Heritage will face a Broncos squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Broncos record now stands at 19-12.

With the loss, Miller Grove falls to 13-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Heritage (Ringgold, GA) to face the Generals in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 18. The Generals enter the challenge with a record of 21-2. Heritage won 3-1 in their recent league challenge against Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA)
