Texas High School Football - Buna defeated by Anahuac

The Anahuac Panthers were victorious over the visiting Buna Cougars football team by a score of 21-0 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Hardin Hornets (Hardin, TX) in a 3A-1 Region III District 10 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Anahuac will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 26-0 league win over Buna (Buna, TX).

The Cougars (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX). The Trojans enter the 3A-1 Region III District 10 challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Coldspring-Oakhurst lost by East Chambers (Winnie, TX), 47-18, in a league challenge.
