The Axtell Eagles walloped the visiting Hanover Wildcats football team by a score of 58-12 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles play the Frankfort Wildcats (Frankfort, KS) in a Twin Valley (8 Man) challenge, on Friday, October 25. Axtell will attempt to improve on its 8-0 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 60-0 non-league win over Wakefield (Wakefield, KS).

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Linn (Linn, KS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Linn was ripped by Osborne (Osborne, KS), 54-0, in a league challenge.
