Washington High School Football - Sehome tops Bellingham

The Sehome Mariners football squad scored 27 points and limited the host Bellingham Bayhawks to 7 in the Mariners league triumph on Friday.

The Mariners now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Squalicum for a 2A Northwest test on Friday, October 25. Sehome will meet a Storm squad coming off a 22-0 non-league win over Port Angeles (Port Angeles, WA). The Storm record now stands at 4-3.

With the defeat, Bellingham drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bayhawks host Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA) to meet the Tomahawks in a 2A Northwest test on Thursday, October 24. The Tomahawks come into the test with a record of 1-6. Marysville-Pilchuck lost 34-0 in their recent league test against Burlington-Edison (Burlington, WA)
