Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Bonita Vista Barons (Chula Vista, CA), 14-9 in a league battle.

With the win, Montgomery advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Aztecs host Olympian (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Eagles in a Metro - South Bay battle on Friday, October 25. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 3-5. Olympian won 28-13 in their recent league battle against Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA)

The Barons now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Hilltop for a Metro - South Bay battle on Friday, October 25. Bonita Vista will play a Lancers team coming off a 28-13 league loss to Olympian (Chula Vista, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-4.
