Texas High School Football - Brackett loses to Junction

Junction Eagles (Junction, TX) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX), 38-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Junction advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX) to play the Cowboys in a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 battle on Saturday, October 26. The Cowboys go into the battle with a record of 2-4. D'Hanis won 28-13 in their recent league battle against Sabinal (Sabinal, TX)

The Tigers now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Rocksprings for a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 battle on Friday, October 25. Brackett will play a Angoras team coming off a 7-6 league loss to Center Point (Center Point, TX). The Angoras record now stands at 2-4.
