Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Calhoun Tigers (Letohatchee, AL), 35-0 in a league battle.

With the win, Zion Chapel improves its record to 4-4 on the season. The Rebels host Barbour County (Clayton, AL) to play the Jaguars in a 2A Region 3 battle on Friday, October 25. The Jaguars go into the battle with a record of 0-7. Barbour County lost 21-0 in their recent league battle against Luverne (Luverne, AL)

The Tigers now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Highland Home for a 2A Region 3 battle on Thursday, October 24. Calhoun will play a Flying Squadron team coming off a 41-0 league win over Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL). The Flying Squadron record now stands at 9-0.
