The Camden Central Lions football squad scored 41 points and limited the host West Carroll War Eagles to 16 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Huntingdon for a 2A Region 6 test on Friday, October 25. Camden Central will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 44-0 league win over Gibson County (Dyer, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, West Carroll drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The War eagles travel to KIPP Collegiate (Memphis, TN) to clash with the phoenix in a non-league test on Friday, October 25. The phoenix come into the test with a record of 2-5. KIPP Collegiate lost 36-0 in their recent league test against Memphis Business Academy (Memphis, TN)
