California High School Football - Citrus Hill trounced by Canyon Springs

The Citrus Hill Hawks football team (Perris, CA), was crushed 50-8 in Friday's league bout with the host Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA)

With the win, Canyon Springs advances its record to 7-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Perris (Perris, CA) to encounter the Panthers in a Inland Valley bout on Friday, October 25. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Perris lost 22-21 in their recent league bout against Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Hawks now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a Inland Valley bout on Friday, October 25. Citrus Hill will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 56-14 league win over Lakeside (Lake Elsinore, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-5.
