The Mercer County Titans walloped the visiting Casey County Rebels football team by a score of 44-0 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Titans face the Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) in a 3A District 4 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Mercer County will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Golden Lions enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 34-6 league win over Marion County (Lebanon, KY).
The Rebels (0-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Marion County (Lebanon, KY). The Knights enter the 3A District 4 challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Marion County was ripped by Garrard County (Lancaster, KY), 34-6, in a league challenge.
