Washington High School Football - Crescent thwarted by Charles Wright

Charles Wright Tarriers (Tacoma, WA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Crescent Loggers (Joyce, WA), 48-36 in a league battle.

With the win, Charles Wright improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Tarriers travel to Lummi (Bellingham, WA) to play the Blackhawks in a 1B Northwest (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 25. The Blackhawks go into the battle with a record of 0-6. Lummi lost 44-0 in their recent league battle against Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA)

The Loggers now have a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Quilcene for a 1B Northwest (8 Man) battle on Saturday, October 26. Crescent will play a Rangers team coming off a 48-8 league win over Darrington (Darrington, WA). The Rangers record now stands at 6-1.
