Texas High School Football - Yorktown triumphant over Charlotte

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Yorktown Wildcats (Yorktown, TX) and the host Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX), witnessed Yorktown's football squad wallop Charlotte by a tally of 56-0.

The Wildcats (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Louise (Louise, TX). The Hornets enter the 2A-2 Region IV District 15 contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Louise crushed Pettus (Pettus, TX), 41-24, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX) in a 2A-2 Region IV District 15 contest, on Friday, October 25. Charlotte will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Beavers enter the contest with a 4-3 record after their 21-3 league loss to Shiner (Shiner, TX).
