In Friday's league match, the visiting Pewitt Brahmas football squad scored a decisive 57-20 victory over the Como-Pickton Eagles.

The Brahmas (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Rivercrest (Bogata, TX). The Rebels enter the 2A-1 Region III District 9 match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Rivercrest was routed by Cooper (Cooper, TX), 29-15, in a league match.
