Texas High School Football - Horizon falls to Del Valle

October 18, 2024: El Paso, TX 79928

The Del Valle Conquistadores felled the host Horizon Scorpions football team by a score of 42-13 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Conquistadores play the Andress Eagles (El Paso, TX) in a 5A-2 Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, October 25. Del Valle will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 34-21 league win over Burges (El Paso, TX).

The Scorpions (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against El Paso (El Paso, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A-2 Region I District 1 challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, El Paso was dropped by Hanks (El Paso, TX), 26-21, in a league challenge.
