Michigan High School Football - Eau Claire thwarted by New Buffalo

October 18, 2024: New Buffalo, MI 49117

New Buffalo Bison (New Buffalo, MI) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Eau Claire Beavers (Eau Claire, MI), 44-20 in a non-league battle.

With the win, New Buffalo improves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Bison travel to Bridgman (Bridgman, MI) to play the Bees in a Southwestern Michigan I (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 25. The Bees go into the battle with a record of 4-4. Bridgman lost 47-28 in their recent non-league battle against Gobles (Gobles, MI)

The Beavers now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Bangor for a non-league battle on Friday, October 25. Eau Claire will play a Vikings team coming off a 36-6 non-league loss to Marcellus (Marcellus, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 1-7.
