Washington, DC High School Football - Florida School for the Deaf & Blind holds off Model Secondary School for the Deaf

The Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Dragons football squad scored 50 points and limited the host Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles to 46 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Dragons now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Countryside Christian for a Sunshine State - First Coast (8 Man) test on Wednesday, October 23. Florida School for the Deaf & Blind will clash with a Minutemen squad coming off a 46-8 non-league win over St. John Lutheran (Ocala, FL). The Minutemen record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Model Secondary School for the Deaf drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Maryland School for the Deaf (Frederick, MD) to clash with the Orioles in a Keystone State (8 Man) test on Friday, October 25. The Orioles come into the test with a record of 6-2. Maryland School for the Deaf won 38-0 in their recent non-league test against Girard College (Philadelphia, PA)
